ASCENT TO LA FUENTE DEL CUADRO IN MONTRONDO

We start at the end of Montrondo, following a straight path until we cross the bridge over the river Omaña. From here we advance along a slight ascent along the valley on a dirt and stone path until we reach some informative signs about the place and a description of the Montrondo birch grove that we will be able to see from this point.
We continue ascending while we see the peaks of La Peñona and Tambarón.
We follow the path and arrive at the Fuente del Cuadro fountain, where we can drink water and rest before returning to Montrondo, retracing our steps.
