VILLABANDI\u0301N – PEN\u0303AS BLANCAS

We leave the village of Villaband\u00edn and take the second street on the right as we come from Senra. You will come to a metal gate that you must pass through to continue the route. We begin to ascend very slightly along the path, the terrain is solid and very comfortable to walk on.<\/p>\n

We cross a stone bridge and then the path begins to narrow. We pass between two immense stone walls that escort the path.<\/p>\n

In about ten minutes we reach the Fuente de Pe\u00f1as Blancas, the source with the highest quality water in Oma\u00f1a. Here we find a plaque indicating that if we could reach the source of the spring the water would be pure.<\/p>\n

From here we can see two caves, one of which is worth seeing, although it is necessary to go up the stream to the first mound and turn left.
